Everyone has their own systems and strategies on how to make it in the Real Estate World. I've seen some good systems and I've some ridiculous systems that I would never want to be associated with. Here's a hint if you can't afford a Realtor your system sucks. If you ’re jumping around from Agent to Agent trying to see who's going to give you the inside, no Agent, that has any good info, is going to give it to you. I appreciate loyalty and can only help those people with whom I know their situation. Real Estate is a tough game and I take it very seriously, however it is also my passion and I enjoy the light hearted debates on tastes and opinion. Here’s my First Opinion:  If you buy the cheapest ugliest house in the neighborhood because you’re cheap (and probably ugly), expect a low offer from someone just like you when you sell it. If you don’t think that opinion was funny then I’m probably talking about you.  Here’s my Second Opinion:  If you have terrible taste in homes let your Realtor pick it out. It’s an Investment and small details can have devastating results or profitable outcomes.

Colorado Springs is my favorite place in the world. I sell properties all over Colorado and I'm always looking at proprties all over the world. If you were to ask me where my favorite investment opportunity is I will always say Colorado Springs, Colorado. I moved around alot before coming to this place and I am very loyal to it. If you haven't visited it here, you haven't scene Colorado.
